Mike Missimer

President and Operations Manager

Mike Missimer has nearly 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He is an HVAC instructor and has a passion for teaching. Mike has been involved in the development of many programs relating to the local HVAC industry.

Mike believes the customer and employee experience is everything when it comes to business. The rest are just incidentals.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family anywhere outdoors, fly fishing and traveling.

Michael Story

Installation and Quality Assurance Manager

Michael brings over 12 years of HVAC experience to MGI. He started working in HVAC with his brothers. Michael is known for being able to look three steps ahead. He said, “I love new construction because I am able to see the house from the rough stage to the finished product.”

Outside of work, Michael likes to play video games, go hunting and fishing, and spend time with his family. Every year, he raises money and participates in the Special Olympics Polar Plunge and also helps with Santa Cops around the holidays.

Pierce Patterson

Comfort Advisor

Pierce joins the MGI team with over six years of experience in HVAC service. He enjoys working with Mike and appreciates his values and morals. Professionally, Pierce is known for customer service and diagnostics. He enjoys disassembling things to understand how they operate and reassembling them to test.

When Pierce is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and getting outside. He loves playing with electronics and circuit boards and wiring different things together to see what he can create.

Kris Gemmer

Service Technician

Kris joins the MGI team with four years of HVAC experience. Professionally, he is known for providing excellent customer service and working hard. He is passionate about innovations in HVAC technology.

When not at work, Kris enjoys playing video games and reading. He also is a self proclaimed master at training cats - especially backflips!

Mark Montoya

Service Technician

Mark joins the MGI team with five years of experience and is excited to grow in his HVAC career. He is known for being dependable and consistent, as well as having good people skills.

When he’s not at work, Mark enjoys spending time with family.
