Mike Missimer has nearly 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He is an HVAC instructor and has a passion for teaching. Mike has been involved in the development of many programs relating to the local HVAC industry. Mike believes the customer and employee experience is everything when it comes to business. The rest are just incidentals. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family anywhere outdoors, fly fishing and traveling.

Julie joins the MGI team with over 11 years in HVAC and over 25 years of office administration experience. She has an associates degree in accounting and business management. Julie is
known for getting things done right, strong attention to detail, her flexibility and ability to switch gears quickly. She enjoys lifting others up and also enjoys a well-working team has has fun together.
In her free time, Julie loves spending time with her granddaughter outdoors, including riding bikes, camping and swimming. She just recently moved back to Northern Colorado from Colorado Springs.

Project Manager
Ryan joins the MGI team with just under two years of HVAC experience. He is excited to
advance his HVAC career and always brings a good attitude to work. Ryan is passionate about doing quality work and seeing the finished product.
When he is not at work, Ryan enjoys fishing, football and family.
Jackie Jaillet
Accounting Specialist
Jackie joins the MGI team with four years of HVAC service and accounting and five years of customer service experience. She is known for her great time management and attention to details. Jackie enjoys making sure customers are taken care of and issues are resolved quickly.
Outside of work, Jackie likes to bake, ride her motorcycle and hike with her husband and dog. She is currently training at CSU to have her dog be a therapy dog so they can visit rehab/assisted living facilities. Fun fact about Jackie – she has hiked to the bottom and back of the Grand Canyon twice!
Kimberly Collins
Service Coordinator
Kimberly joins the MGI team with over 6 years in HVAC dispatching and over 20 years in administrative and schedule coordinating. She loves the puzzle piece aspect of her job by figuring out the best technician and prioritizing the call for the customer. She is passionate about working for a company that has the customer’s best interest at heart and works as a team.
When not at work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with family and friends – watching hockey, exploring Colorado, reading, knitting and making jewelry. She volunteers at the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and at animal shelters.
Clara Blackburn
New Construction Coordinator
Clara joins the MGI team with a year of HVAC customer service experience. She finds the HVAC industry interesting and enjoys the fast-paced environment. Professionally, Clara is known for going the extra mile to help customers.
When she’s not at work, Clara enjoys show jumping horses and drag racing. Fun fact: she’s held a baby sloth on the Amazon River!
Jeff Bonilla
Project Manager
Jeff brings one year of HVAC installation experience to MGI. He is known for putting the customers needs first and making sure they are highly satisfied. He is passionate about giving his all to every job. Jeff said, “It’s amazing how a person can do so much when you put your mind to it. I really enjoy looking back at the job I’ve done once they are finished.”
When he’s not at work, Jeff enjoys cooking out and spending lots of time outdoors with friends and family.

Quality Assurance and Final Trim Manager
Amedeo has a construction background and brings over eight years of HVAC experience to MGI. He is known for his high-quality work and great customer service. He is passionate about doing the job 100% correct and seeing a satisfied customer.
When he’s not at work, Amedeo loves to hunt, fish and is always up for anything and everything with his family.
Daisha Begaye
New Construction Project Manager
Daisha comes to MGI with over three years of HVAC experience, one year in framing, and three years doing solar farm installations. She was looking for more growth and has found it here. Daisha is known professionally for being able to make custom ductwork in the field. She is passionate about proper installations that look nice and clean.
When Daisha isn’t working, you can find her with friends and family, playing outdoor games and going to concerts. She is a fiercely competitive Cornhole player!

Paco rejoins the MGI team with over five years of experience in HVAC. Professionally, he is known for his clean work and problem-solving. He enjoys being able to work on different projects and grow new skills.

Justin started his HVAC journey in 2015, working with Mike right out of high school. He is known for delivering clean work in a timely manner. Justin enjoys working directly with customers and utilizing his growing skillset to make sure the customer’s needs are met. Justin is a hard worker and a loyal employee, who even had to fight for a work truck that was stolen!
Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife & kids.

When he’s not at work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Kathy, his two sons, Brandon and Ben, and his dog, Pear. He also enjoys camping, fishing and hunting.
